Description

• Lead and manage a team of machine learning scientists and engineers. • Develop and deploy innovative AI-driven solutions. • Mentor and guide your team in research and model development.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning, with a focus on developing and deploying models in real-world applications. • Proven experience in managing and mentoring teams of machine learning scientists or engineers. • Expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++. • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for machine learning model development and deployment. • In-depth knowledge of modern ML and AI techniques, such as supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, deep learning, and natural language processing. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders. • Experience working in a fast-paced environment such as a tech startup or a highly innovative enterprise. • Strong understanding of MLOps practices and familiarity with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for model deployment. • Experience in specialized areas such as computer vision, NLP, or reinforcement learning. • Published research in recognized ML/AI journals or conferences is a plus.
