Description

• Design System Development: Create and maintain comprehensive design systems, including UI components, patterns, and guidelines that ensure consistency and scalability across products. • User-Centered Design: Apply user research and feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on design solutions to improve usability and accessibility. • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate design system components into product features and ensure seamless handoff to development teams. • Prototyping & Wire framing: Develop high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes to communicate design concepts and validate ideas with stakeholders. • Documentation: Document design system components, guidelines, and best practices to ensure clarity and ease of use for internal teams. • Quality Assurance: Review and test design implementations to ensure they meet design specifications and maintain a high standard of quality. • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the design system current and relevant.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in digital product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in creating and implementing design systems. • Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software. • Knowledge: Deep understanding of design principles, user experience best practices, and responsive design. • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts clearly with stakeholders. • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Education: Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred but not required).
