Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UX research, with a strong focus on both generative and evaluative research methods. • Proven expertise in usability testing, surveys, persona development, and user journey mapping. • Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, data collection, and analysis tools (e.g., user interviews, surveys, data analytics platforms, usability testing platforms). • Experience working in a fast-paced Agile product development environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex research findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. • Proven track record of translating research insights into design recommendations and product strategies. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field. • Experience with tools such as Optimal Workshop, UserTesting, Qualtrics, or similar platforms. • Previous experience in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. • Familiarity with UX/UI design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
