📋 Description
• Work in a small team to complete product assignments. • Responsible for planning, development, and delivery phases. • Participate in architectural design and decisions. • Conduct code peer-reviews and team retrospectives. • Support junior and mid-level team members for high code quality. • Use modern technologies: Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails, Postgres, gcloud, Kubernetes, Docker, Astra-DB. • Involve in projects to improve architecture, scalability, and security.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of backend development experience. • Strong development skills in Java, preferably with Spring Boot. • Proficient in Test Driven Development. • Extensive unit and integration testing experience. • Experience in investing and personal wealth management is a plus. • Mathematical proficiency and machine learning experience are beneficial. • Knowledge of big-data stack like MongoDB or Cassandra. • Awareness of financial products and the stock market. • Willing to learn new technologies and use data for decisions. • Ability to solve complex problems and deliver quality code.
