📋 Description
• Work in a small team on product assignments until completion. • Responsible for planning, development, and delivery phases. • Participate in architectural design and decision-making. • Conduct code peer-reviews and team retrospectives. • Support junior and mid-level team members for high code quality. • Use modern technologies like Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails, etc. • Involved in technological projects to improve architecture, scalability, and security. • Demonstrate strong communication, ownership, accountability, and teamwork skills. • Think beyond just being a developer to improve customer experience.
🎯 Requirements
