Description

• Develop, Own, and Execute the Product Roadmap • Evaluate and document business process and technology solutions to complex business problems • Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand requirements • Lead deployment activities to drive understanding and adoption of solutions • Monitor product performance post-launch, analyzing key metrics and KPIs • Lead and support proactive adoption of agile process • Facilitate cross-functional communication to eliminate knowledge gaps • Build relationships with stakeholders from business lines • Partner with LOB Managers to improve operational processes and user experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business; finance, economics, technology or related • 5+ years in Financial Services or equivalent experience • 7+ years BA, Development, or other related technology experience preferred • Experience with Agile development preferred • Superior verbal and written communication skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software • Salesforce experience required • Familiarity with Jira preferred
