Description

• Wealthfront is looking for a Senior Staff Product Designer. • Work across design systems and embed with product teams on high-leverage projects. • Design great patterns, systems, and tooling that enhance the team's work. • Strong collaboration skills and ability to think in scalable systems are required. • Passion for investing and experience building consumer financial technology products is desirable. • Design is an equal partner to Engineering and Product at Wealthfront. • Identify and pursue impactful ideas to innovate and scale as a company.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience in a consumer software company • You know how to drive high-quality decisions • You’re an exceptional product thinker who understands the business • You have a proven track record setting a vision for great customer experiences • Your have strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills • You know how to effectively use tools such as user experience methods • You model a respectful, inclusive culture where debate is welcomed • You are naturally curious and are deeply interested in fintech • Bonus: experience building modern fintech products
