Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in financial technology or a technology-driven financial services firm • Experience in AML/CTF programs is a bonus • A high level of precision and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in reviews • Resourceful, persistent and able to thrive in a fast paced environment • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, and stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry standards • Ability to analyze datasets and identify anomalies and patterns • Ability to take ownership with a proactive, not reactive, approach • Great communication skills, both verbally and via written reports • Passion about technology, and eager to learn about the AML industry
