🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, startups, or strategic operations roles. • Problem-solving expertise—ability to break down complex problems and develop pragmatic solutions. • Strong data & analytics skills—comfortable managing and analyzing large datasets with a keen eye for detail. • SQL proficiency is an asset. • Collaboration mindset—excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally. • Bias for action—ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results. • Clear communication—able to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences, including executives and technical teams. • Strong organization & planning skills—proactive about structuring work, meeting deadlines, and keeping stakeholders informed. • Integrity & transparency—committed to doing what’s right, not just what’s easy.
