Description

• Be the trusted resource for product knowledge, ensuring the sales team stays informed and prepared with the most current information. • Collaborate with Product Specialists to filter and provide relevant product content that improves sales effectiveness. • Develop, update, and manage essential sales support materials, such as scripts, FAQs, and product guides, keeping them accessible and aligned with the latest product updates. • Conduct regular assessments and quizzes to evaluate the sales team's knowledge and preparedness, ensuring everyone is well-prepared to meet their targets. • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to drive strategic decisions and enhance the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives. • Act as a bridge between the sales team and other departments, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to succeed. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, IT, and Operations, to align on enablement initiatives and maintain a smooth flow of information. • Explore and implement generative AI capabilities to enhance productivity and knowledge sharing within the sales team.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in Sales Enablement, Content Development, or a related role with a proven track record of driving successful sales initiatives. • A solid understanding of financial products. • Proven ability to create and manage sales content that is both informative and accessible. • Comfortable developing and delivering training that engages and educates, enhancing the learning experience for all participants. • Experience with knowledge management tools like Notion and Guru, and learning management systems like Docebo. • Demonstrated track record of persevering in adversity where priorities and direction can evolve quickly. Positive can-do attitude and adaptability to evolving business goals. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders. • Can thrive in changing environments and is excited about contributing to innovation and bringing fresh ideas and approaches. • Skilled in writing persuasively and communicating effectively at all levels, conveying ideas clearly and engaging meaningfully with stakeholders. • Is incredibly passionate about our clients and our products.
