Requirements

• Has strong business operations/project management capabilities • Is a skilled problem solver and executer, can independently structure and solve complex issues and then drive solutions to execution • Is an effective communicator, simplifies complex challenges and articulates clear requirements in a concise manner • Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment • Is naturally curious; if something seems off, they want to figure out what’s going on • Takes ownership and have positive attitude - you will work in a highly collaborative environment, and not “that’s not my area of responsibility” • Bonus: has 2+ years of operational reconciliation focused experience • Additional Bonus: Crypto industry experience
