🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in designing complex experiments to establish causal relationships in client behaviour • Strong expertise in building scalable data machine learning architectures • Hands-on experience with product analytics and extracting insights from web and app data • Ability to leverage data-driven solutions (e.g., embedded ML models, optimized incentive systems) to drive product growth • A player-coach mentality - comfortable leading a team while actively contributing as an individual contributor on key projects • Excellent SQL and Python skills • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate their stance in a collaborative manner to drive agreement among technical and non-technical stakeholders • Proven ability to prioritize for impact and manage expectations with stakeholders
