Requirements

• 5+ years experience in research operations, user experience research, customer insights, or consumer research • Mixed methods research experience: proven ability to identify the right methods to conduct effective research to discover and develop strategic product opportunities and drive business outcomes • Proficiency in research, design, and product analytic tools: Dovetail, Maze, Figma, Mixpanel etc. • Ability to build relationships and influence others while also being able to roll-up your sleeves to do analysis, build processes, etc. • Great analytical and prioritization skills. Knowing how to balance what needs to be done with what’s possible to do. • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and reliable research practices
