Description

• Conduct user research and leverage data to inform your designs, forming a strong understanding of both the employer and employee’s needs and advocating for user-driven decision making. • Create multiple concepts and prototypes, recognizing when meticulous attention to detail is needed and when low-fidelity sketches are adequate for visualizing ideas. • Raise the quality bar of our product for both employers and their employees through delivering well crafted experiences and continuously looking for areas of improvement. • Collaborate closely with your product and engineering partners to deliver high quality solutions at speed. • Apply systems-thinking to design problems in order to holistically scale the product forward. • Partner with our Sales team to support their efforts and establish a feedback loop to inform our product.

Requirements

• Experience building consumer-facing mobile apps. • Proven ability to turn complex problems into simple experiences. • Outstanding UX, visual design and product thinking skills, capable of delivering polished experiences including motion and interaction design. • Strong understanding of how design, product and engineering can work together to ship high quality experiences quickly and at scale. • Can effectively communicate ideas and project direction to internal teams and stakeholders. • Experience generating user insight by shaping and leading research studies. • The ability to work independently, biasing towards action to drive projects forward. • A deep personal interest and passion for personal finance and how we might build simpler, more accessible services for everyone.
