Description
• Develop features, tools, models, and integrations for internal CXO team • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members • Improve workflow efficiency • Enhance the service quality • Articulate ideas and strategies clearly • Build strong connections across the team & company
Requirements
• Solid experience in software engineering with Ruby and/or TypeScript • Proficient CRM developer with API integration, cloud computing, and Zendesk integration • Familiarity with modern JavaScript libraries and CI/CD pipelines • Experience in public cloud development, especially AWS • Knowledge of best practices in profiling, logging, tracing, tracking • Ability to decompose work into deliverables • Strong sense of accountability and independence • Effective communication skills • Deep understanding of synergy between design, product, and engineering teams • Proficiency with event-driven architecture, Kafka, and GraphQL APIs is a plus
