Requirements

• Experience growing, leading and developing software engineering teams and Leaders • Strong knowledge in both infrastructure and software development best practices, and how to leverage those to improve the Developer experience • A deep technical understanding of how to leverage Kubernetes to build, evolve, and maintain large, reliable, and scalable systems on cloud infrastructure • An ability to develop internal and external relationships, championing the Reliability and Infrastructure vision and strategy • A collaborative and open approach to communication: you are experienced in delivering clear, concise and solution-focused messages, that are easily understood by a cross-discipline team
