As a core part of our product team, you’ll help design digital experiences that are accessible, usable and impactful. Requirements

Extensive experience of writing and designing user-friendly content as a UX writer or content designer A portfolio of work that clearly demonstrates your experience and ability to create usable and accessible content The ability to take complex language and financial jargon and make it clear, concise and simple to understand Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly explain your design decisions, and give and receive constructive feedback Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies, and ‘context switch’ between different products and journeys Proven experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team, and being involved in the end-to-end design process, from discovery through to delivery Experience working in an agile environment, and be comfortable with tight deadlines and conflicting priorities Knowledge of financial services, including pensions and investments Experience using design, collaboration and project management tools, including Figma, Miro, Slack, Jira and Confluence
