Job purpose To design, build, and maintain the underlying infrastructure and software systems for Wealth Wizards to host automated online financial advice. This role focuses on creating robust, scalable, and efficient platforms that enable developers to deploy, manage, and monitor their applications easily.

Requirements

Demonstrate Wealth Wizards core values (PEARH). Experience in key technologies such as Linux, Containers, AWS, Kubernetes and IaaS. Ability to automate repetitive tasks. Good attention to detail. Excellent organisation/time management skills highly desirable. Strong understanding of AWS and experience in deploying and managing cloud-based infrastructure. Genuine interest and enthusiasm for technology, with a desire to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the field. Proven experience of Service Delivery and Service Monitoring within a commercial environment. Considerable experience in participating in agile teams. Practical experience with Docker for containerisation and Kubernetes for container orchestration, including deploying and scaling containerised applications. Hands-on experience with AWS for deploying and managing infrastructure and services. Previous exposure to setting up monitoring and logging solutions, such as Prometheus and Grafana to monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. Practical knowledge of implementing security best practices. Knowledge of setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automating software delivery.
