• 2-5 years experience, working as a Product Manager/Owner • A background working with digital products in financial services • A passion for the customer • Ability to innovate or to lead activities that drive innovation • A collaborative approach to your work • Passion for quality - exception attention to detail • Highly independent and pragmatic - always makes conscious decisions • Understand and evangelise about the value proposition and the needs of target customers • Demonstrate Wealth Wizards core values (PEARH) and behaviours • Knowledge of user experience design techniques and up-to-date with modern product management best practice
