📋 Description
• Meet with customers to perform an initial assessment, discuss goals, and strategize methods for system implementation • Ensure effective hand-off from Sales, clearly understanding the customer’s value proposition • Execute implementation tasks efficiently and effectively • Ensure effective hand-off to Support, to ensure customer’s configuration and key businesses processes are documented • Document business processes • Document system data flow and mapping • Perform customer data conversions including documentation and testing • Seek understanding of complex issues and take the necessary steps to solve the problem in a timely manner • Communicating new opportunities to Sales • Identify and communicate any project risks in a timely manner to the project manager
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management, Accounting, or another technical discipline. • 3+ years in an Implementation Role for an ERP Software • AGRIS Software Knowledge • Agricultural Background • Good understanding of accounting principles
