• Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales through TikTok Shop. • Build and maintain relationships with key creators. • Monitor agreed KPIs and use insights to refine strategies.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years' experience in DTC growth, e-commerce, social commerce, or related areas. • In-depth knowledge of the TikTok advertising and Tik Tok shop platforms, and consumer behaviors within them. • Passion for functional wellness products. • Strong understanding of influencer marketing and paid social strategies. • Exceptional organizational skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
