As Senior Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, development and growth of the Student Beans consumer app, overseeing a large, cross functional squad. You will be responsible for scaling the app’s success, attracting hundreds of thousands of daily visitors and generating millions in annual revenue. •Responsibilities include: •Own and execute the product vision and strategy for the Student Beans app, driving key metrics across user acquisition, activation and retention. •Lead and inspire a high performing team of iOS and Android engineers, UX/UI designers, analysts and other stakeholders across the business. •Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision making using analytics, A/B testing and experimentation to optimise engagement and monetisation. •Define and prioritise the product roadmap aligning business goals with user needs and market opportunities. •Collaborate cross functionally with Growth, Commercial and Engineering teams to drive impactful product initiatives. •Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying and implementing innovative features to enhance the app’s market position.

🎯 Requirements

•Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or similar role, in a fast growing, consumer-facing mobile app environment. •Strong leadership skills with experience in overseeing large, cross-functional squads. •Experience and knowledge of user growth models, focusing on acquisition, activation, retention and engagement strategies. •A data-driven mindset, with hands-on experience using analytics tools, experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies. •A deep understanding of mobile (Android and iOS) UX/UI best practices, app monetisation strategies and industry trends. •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical teams.
