β’ 5+ years of experience as a copywriter in advertising, marketing, or a creative agency. β’ B2B experience a plus, as the HR/benefits industry is complex. β’ Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of writing styles and tones. β’ Exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills. β’ A passion for storytelling and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear copy. β’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams.
