Requirements
• 10+ years experience in an engineering or product role, building solutions from the ground up that support major business functions. • Deep understanding of Agile and Lean principles and measures. • Experience being immersed in engineering, product, and design functions, understanding the various processes. • Negotiation skills necessary for the management of external vendors, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to inspire colleagues. • Feedback and Mentoring: Mentors Software Engineer IIs to support growth. Provides Manager Feedback to Improve team. • Technical Debt Management: Understands areas of technical debt in systems and infrastructure. Quality Standards: Responsible for establishing and maintaining quality standards. • Interviewing: Leads and participates in technical interviews. • Planning and Change Management: Contributes to planning and change management activities involving technical infrastructure and process improvements. • Experience in Python Data learning Design, Web Scraping, AWS S3 and Blue Database Design, Architecture Design, and has experience being a good principal engineering mentor. • Hands-on experience with Python or Ruby, R, AWS Database Design, JSON, HTML & CSS, Web Scrape Design, and Scrum process.
