📋 Description
• Responsable de desarrollar la estrategia de medición de las acciones de marketing. • Dar soporte a los diferentes equipos de Marketing para garantizar la correcta medición de las acciones (Performance, Own channels, Branding). • Consolidar y priorizar necesidad de análisis / tableros regionales. • Desarrollo de análisis con accionables concretos para toma de decisiones de distintos stakeholders. • Generación de Insights de usuarios propios o consumer para alimentar estrategias y conceptos de comunicación.
🎯 Requirements
• Profesionales de Economía, Estadística, Finanzas, Contador, Ingeniería o carreras afines. • Experiencia mayor a 3 años liderando equipos similares en empresas del sector fintech, financiero, tecnológico o e-commerce. • Excelente manejo de SQL y herramientas de dashboarding. • Sólidas skills de Problem-Solving, profundidad analítica, orientación al detalle y user centrics. • Curioso y con iniciativa para impulsar proyectos.
