• Garantizar equipos efectivos y una organización ágil, facilitando la mejora continua de procesos, la identificación de impedimentos y la actualización de métricas. • Lograr equipos efectivos y una organización adaptable a cambios en el contexto. • Actualizar métricas y tableros del proceso del equipo para obtener insights de impedimentos del sistema y cuellos de botella. • Facilitar los espacios necesarios para la sincronización y la mejora continua de procesos, asegurando la transparencia y la comunicación efectiva. • Ayudar al equipo a comprender y aplicar los valores y principios ágiles, y a mantener el enfoque en los objetivos del producto y en el valor que se está entregando al cliente. • Ayudar a identificar oportunidades y remover impedimentos para mejorar la calidad del trabajo y la eficacia del proceso. • Apoyar al Product Owner en la gestión del Product Backlog. • Fomentar una cultura de colaboración y optimizar las relaciones entre equipos, eliminar y/o mejorar la gestión de dependencias.
🎯 Requirements
• Que te guste leer e investigar sobre Agilidad y Product Management. • Experiencia participando en proyectos bajo el enfoque en metodologías ágiles. • Cursos/certificaciones sobre las corrientes Lean, Agilidad y Product Management. • Lecturas de libros sobre las corrientes Lean, Agilidad y Product Management. • Estudiante avanzado o recibido, preferentemente de Ingeniería en sistemas, Licenciatura en sistemas, Ingeniería en Computación, Ingenieros industriales, Lic. en Administración, Lic. En Comunicación o Marketing. • Habilidades de liderazgo, facilitación, gestión de conflictos, negociación. • Que te encante trabajar en equipo, colaborativo, flexible, orientado a resultados, poseer habilidades de comunicación para relacionarse y ser perseverante.
