Description
• Coordinate and participate in web-based projects • Program, develop, and produce data-driven web applications, websites, and mobile apps • Consult with clients and ensure effective use of technologies • Debug and problem-solve across various platforms • Percentage breakdown: 45% maintenance and debugging, 40% building new functionality, 10% consulting with team and clients, 5% planning and quoting new functionality
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline preferred • Fluent in English (written and verbal) • Proficient in object-oriented and procedural programming • Strong knowledge of database design and troubleshooting • Familiarity with software development life-cycle and best practices • At least 2+ years of web development experience • Solid project-level experience with open-source CMS platforms • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, mobile app development, Node.js, Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services, OOP and procedural programming, Standard Compliant HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, CSS Frameworks, JS Frameworks, Git Version control, Package management and Task Runners, Browser testing abilities, E-commerce solutions, and development firm/agency environment • Plus: TensorFlow and Machine Learning experience • Reliable, high-speed internet access required
