Description

• We're WebFX, a digital marketing agency based in the US, named the Best Place To Work in Pennsylvania 9 times in a row. • We're looking for a Senior Sales Operations Manager with deep expertise in Salesforce. • Responsible for leading and optimizing sales operations processes to drive sales performance and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. • 3-5+ years of experience in sales operations, with at least 3+ years specializing in Salesforce management and optimization. • Advanced expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and reporting capabilities (certification in Salesforce Administration or Salesforce Sales Cloud preferred - not required). • Proven track record of successfully implementing Salesforce solutions to improve sales processes, productivity, and reporting. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex sales data and present actionable insights. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, IT, Tech Enablement). • Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party tools (e.g., CPQ, SalesLoft, Pardot, Looker Pro).
