Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive inbound marketing plan. • Allocate budgets across paid, owned, and earned media for best ROI. • Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-optimized materials. • Orchestrate multi-channel campaigns including SEO, SEM, and paid social. • Manage corporate web properties for revenue growth and lead generation. • Lead conversion rate optimization initiatives to improve engagement metrics. • Set inbound lead goals and analyze performance data. • Lead marketing operations efforts to enhance tech stack and CRM processes. • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of digital marketers. • Drive execution and results through agency and other vendors. • Achieve key pipeline creation goals and optimize demand waterfall metrics.

Requirements

• 8+ years in digital marketing, focusing on inbound growth and B2B SaaS. • Ability to manage teams across geographies and multiple projects in fast-paced environment. • Strong grasp of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot). • Proven success in managing campaigns with measurable business growth impacts, especially in US market. • Experience building and leading high-performance teams.
