Description

• Opportunity for a talented, results-focused paid search manager to join a digital marketing team. • Develop and execute Google Ads & Microsoft search campaigns driving demonstrable results. • Responsible for building and managing campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing ROI. • Leverage digital marketing techniques for client growth while ensuring legendary customer service. • Communicate with team members and clients to ensure alignment and efficiency in completing work. • Write strong copy for ads, engage clients, and suggest strategies for performance improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing Google search accounts with a $25-$100k monthly budget. • Experience working on Google Ads lead gen campaigns (B2B experience a plus). • In-depth understanding of Google Ads, including account structure, networks, ad types, match types, targeting, and bid strategies. • Robust analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations. • Strong communication skills and the ability to share your paid search knowledge both with clients and the internal team. • In-depth understanding of all PPC metrics and how to improve key metrics. • The ability to create internal and external reports that effectively communicate complex data. • 4 years of college coursework or equivalent experience in a related field.
