β€’ We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to businesses of all sizes. β€’ In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including β€’ Assist in creating, editing, and proofreading marketing materials, blog posts, social media content, email campaigns, and other digital content. β€’ Schedule and manage social media posts across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), engage with the audience, and monitor analytics. β€’ Assist in the creation and distribution of email newsletters and campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar. β€’ Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth. β€’ Assist in optimizing website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings. β€’ Assist in the creation and optimization of sales and marketing funnels to enhance customer acquisition and retention. β€’ Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining marketing databases. β€’ Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and social media activities. β€’ Assist in coordinating and managing marketing projects and campaigns from inception to completion.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; β€’ Previous experience working with real estate is a plus; β€’ Experience with building and optimizing marketing funnels is a plus. β€’ In-depth understanding of YouTube SEO best practices and analytics. β€’ Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. β€’ Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.). β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β€’ Strong organizational and time-management skills. β€’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. β€’ Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus. β€’ Experience with WordPress or other content management systems (CMS) is a plus. β€’ Proficiency in content management systems and analytics software.
