• We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company specializing in virtual assistance to businesses. • Responsible for building and managing two sales funnels. • Design and implement automated email, SMS, and social media ad campaigns. • Utilize Meta Pixel to monitor and optimize website performance. • Develop and maintain automation within a real estate CRM (CINC). • Code and create automations to streamline internal processes. • Implement automated processes for real estate operations. • Assist in managing marketing tools like LearnWorlds, AdRoll, and Fiverr. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance lead generation through automation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building funnels for real estate lead generation and training programs. • Proficiency with Facebook Ads, CRM systems (especially CINC), and Meta Pixel integration. • Strong coding skills for automating workflows, including developing bots for processes like applicant tracking and system integrations. • Knowledge of tools like Wizehire, Rippling, Zapier, and other relevant platforms. • Highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on process efficiency and optimization.
