📋 Description

• We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. • We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in social media management in the real estate sector to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level. • In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including: • Develop, implement, and manage tailored strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. • Promote property listings, open houses, virtual tours, and real estate-related content. • Design engaging posts, visuals, and videos aligned with the brand and market. • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery across all platforms. • Monitor inboxes, comments, and messages, and actively engage with followers and leads. • Analyze insights and prepare regular reports to measure campaign success and suggest improvements. • Use social media tools and strategies to attract and qualify potential real estate clients. • Research the latest social media trends and real estate best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or VA, ideally within the real estate space. • Strong knowledge of real estate marketing strategies and how social media can drive traffic and conversions. • Proficiency in platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. • Hands-on experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.). • Skilled in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Highly organized and able to multitask across different projects and platforms. • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting. • Familiarity with real estate CRMs (like Follow Up Boss, KVCore, or similar) is a plus. • Experience with email marketing or marketing automation tools is a bonus.
