• Create and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. • Develop and manage social media content calendars and schedules. • Create engaging and shareable content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts. • Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers. • Grow and manage online communities, fostering positive discussions and interactions. • Analyze social media analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and community management. • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement marketing campaigns and initiatives. • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience with social media management • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience with branding is a plus • Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Ability to analyze social media analytics and derive actionable insights • Experience with social media scheduling and management tools • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and online communities • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
