β’ This is a remote position. β’ We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic staffing firm start-up. β’ As an essential member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and contributing to the success of our growing company. β’ The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. β’ This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and innovative start-up environment. β’ Responsibilities include providing general administrative support, assisting with candidate onboarding, maintaining records, handling inquiries, managing documents, and collaborating with the HR team.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus. β’ Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a start-up or staffing agency environment. β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace. β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β’ Strong organizational and time management abilities. β’ Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. β’ Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. β’ Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to a dynamic and evolving start-up environment. β’ Basic understanding of social media platforms and content creation is a plus. β’ Professional and friendly demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills.
