β’ This is a remote position. β’ We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our recruiting team as an intern. β’ This role will provide you with hands-on experience in various aspects of the recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews. β’ You will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the growth of our firm. β’ Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, providing excellent candidate experience, data entry and reporting, and assisting with other recruiting tasks as needed.
β’ Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. β’ Excellent organizational and time management abilities. β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. β’ Passion for recruiting and interest in the HR field. β’ Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR or recruiting (preferred). β’ Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) (preferred). β’ Experience with social media recruiting platforms (preferred).
