📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our recruiting team as an intern. • This role will provide you with hands-on experience in various aspects of the recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews. • You will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the growth of our firm. • Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, providing excellent candidate experience, data entry and reporting, and assisting with other recruiting tasks as needed.
🎯 Requirements
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational and time management abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Passion for recruiting and interest in the HR field. • Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR or recruiting (preferred). • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) (preferred). • Experience with social media recruiting platforms (preferred).
