📋 Description

• At Weights & Biases, our mission is to build the best tools for AI developers. • We founded our company on the insight that there were no similarly great tools to help ML practitioners build better models. • As an AI Engineer on the AI Growth team, you will play a crucial role in developing open-source integrations, building GenAI-powered tools, and engaging with the AI developer community to drive adoption of Weave. • This is a highly technical and strategic role where you will have the opportunity to work closely with engineering, product, and research teams. • If you are passionate about LLMs, fine-tuning, developer tools, and fostering AI communities, we’d love for you to join us in shaping the future of Weave.

🎯 Requirements

• Based in India. This role will build the awareness of W&B in the booming India market while partnering with internal teams globally. • 4-7+ years of industry experience • Track record of open-source contributions. • Track record of building GenAI applications. • Experience pre-training / fine-tuning LLMs at the 1b+ scale or training / fine-tuning multi-modal models like stable diffusion etc. • Experience working in a developer tools company • Experience planning and orchestrating events within the AI community
