Description

• Help develop a creative studio powered by a breakthrough AI algorithm for synthetic speech • Own development of features for the Text-to-Speech application, Studio • Follow design specifications and deliver parts of larger engineering initiatives • Improve functionality and user experience for the WellSaid Studio • Develop collaborative user interface for generating audio • Build the next version of the editor • Create avatar marketplace and streamline onboarding experience • Find opportunities to mature engineering processes • Lead feature team with technical expertise

Requirements

• Several years’ experience with React, Angular, Vue, or similar • Experience with Typescript, Java, C#, or similar • Understanding of software design principles such as DRY, SoC, Dependency Injection • Attention to creating modular, secure, and well-tested code • Experience building and shipping end-to-end features to a sizable user base • Working knowledge of computer science fundamentals like data structures and algorithms • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills • (Bonus) Experience with our tech stack: NextJS, Node, GraphQL, PostgresSQL, Docker, Google Kubernetes Engine, Relational databases • (Bonus) Experience with cross-team collaboration
