β’ Proven experience managing events or corporate celebrations. β’ Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to execute multiple events smoothly. β’ Good communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and external coordination. β’ Budgeting experience with attention to financial constraints and cost efficiency. β’ Proficiency in event management tools (e.g., Asana, Slack, Confluence) and office software. β’ Creative problem-solving skills for adapting to event changes and challenges. β’ Good knowledge of wellbeing and CSR activities, aligning events with company values. β’ Proficient in English (Upper Intermediate or higher); Ukrainian is a plus.
