To transform lives through intuitive nutrition trackers, powerful fitness solutions, and personalized wellness journeys. • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Group Head of Accounting to lead our global accounting operations across multiple jurisdictions. • Responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of accounting activities, including full accounting cycle. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal company policies and procedures, drive process excellence, and provide strong leadership across a geographically dispersed team.
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is a plus. • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles in an international environment. • Strong knowledge of IFRS and experience with local GAAPs is a plus (Polish, Spain, UK). • Proven experience managing the full accounting cycle in a multi-entity, multi-currency group. • Hands-on experience overseeing accounts payable, bank payments, and employee expense processes. • Strong systems knowledge, ideally with ERP platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite. • Strong knowledge of Excel, BI tools. • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work across functions and regions. • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus. • Experience in International IT product company
