• Welcome to Welltech – a global IT powerhouse specializing in cutting-edge Health & Fitness mobile applications. • We are currently looking for an experienced Motion Designer Team Lead to join our team to play an integral part in the Creative Production team. • You’ll not only work on briefs and creatives, but you’ll also be heavily involved in the specialists’ and processes’ development.
Requirements
• 5+ proven years of experience as a Lead Motion Designer, Marketing Art Director or similar role, with four or more years in a management role. Strong portfolio showcasing your motion design skills is required. • High level of competency with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro • High level of competency with AI tools: Midjourney, D-ID, Kaiber, Stable Diffusion etc • Understanding of various media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.) and their specific design requirements and formats. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of Health&Fitness industry trends is preferred but not required. • Knowledge of 3D Software is preferred but not required.
