🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Law, Business Administration, or related field; JD or equivalent legal qualification preferred. • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in legal operations, preferably within the technology sector. • Proven track record of implementing legal processes and systems that enhance organizational efficiency. • Experience with legal technology tools and platforms, including AI tools to increase operational efficiencies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across various departments. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Nice to have Certifications & Professional Development: Certified Legal Operations Professional (CLOC) or equivalent certification preferred. • Lean Six Sigma or project management certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus. • Familiarity with industry best practices through memberships in organizations like ACC (Association of Corporate Counsel) or other legal operations networks.
