• Deep level of understanding of Figma (components, autolayouts, variables) • Ability to apply behavioural and growth design theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies • Ability to gather and make sense of existing research and assumptions to design experiments • Experience in user research methods (usability testing) • Knowledge of user research tools (Maze, UserTesting, SurveyMonkey, etc.) • Knowledge of experiment tooling (Optimizely, Launchdarkly, and Google Analytics) • Commercial awareness - understanding how design impacts business metrics. • Ability to work independently and solve problems as part of a team • Clear, friendly, and transparent communication
