Requirements

• Previous experience in startups or early-stage companies is advantageous, particularly in achieving product-market fit and scaling efforts. • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience. • A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and your problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software. • Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices for mobile app design. • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers. • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and provide mentorship to junior team members. • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in mobile app design. • Passion for staying at the forefront of design innovation and continuously improving your craft. • Experience with prototyping and user testing methodologies is a plus. • Familiarity with Maze or Ballpark.
