• Managing the full cycle mobile traffic advertising campaigns: launching, optimization and scaling • Experimenting on creatives with internal and external teams: A/B testing, performance analysis and optimization • Monitoring advertising campaigns for performance monitoring, optimization and reporting • Researching, evaluating and acquiring new audience segments • Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in access management, identity governance, and security technologies. • Collaborating with IT, security, and compliance teams to develop, implement, and enhance access management processes, procedures, and controls.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing as Media Buyer/User Acquisition Manager • Practical experience with a large budget in Paid Social channels (TikTok/Snapchat/Facebook Ads) • Proficiency in English - B2 or higher level • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas, feedback, and instructions to team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional team • Analytical mindset, knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides), experience with Tableau and similar BI • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances, with the ability to pivot quickly when necessary
