📋 Description

• Welo Data works with technology companies to provide datasets that are high-quality, ethically sourced, relevant, diverse, and scalable to supercharge their AI models. • Annotation & Labelling: Transcription, summarization, image and video classification and labeling. • Enhancing LLMs: Prompt engineering, SFT, RLHF, red teaming and adversarial model training, model output ranking. • Data Collection: Manage data collection activities in coordination with cross functional teams. • Communicate: Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, including local PM teams and globally based Business Development teams. • Educate: Provide training and support to internal teams and end-users on new AI tools and functionalities. • Success in this role looks like effectively managing the AI product lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of AI tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology or AIML sector. • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing product development processes. • Strong written and verbal communications in English (minimum C2 level) • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and technologies. • Strong SQL skills and ability to translate business questions into useful queries • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders. • Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis. • Outstanding proficiency in using product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Jellyfish or similar platforms. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment. • Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
