• Work remotely as a tester for a consumer technology company. • Verify data utilizing various mapping tools. • Collaborate closely with the development team for quality applications. • Create understandable reports from complex data.

Requirements

• Austin-based (but you'll be working remotely!) • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred (Geography, Cartography, or related field preferred) • Ability to explain technical detail in clear and concise reports • Organised and self-sufficient, able to work remotely without direct supervision • Creative thinker and able to understand the product from the user's perspective • Be polite and courteous. • Have experience with iOS devices and be technologically savvy. • Familiarity with using mobile devices for driving navigation e.g. Apple Maps, Google Maps • Experience working with data and spreadsheets • Good written and spoken English • Working knowledge of maps and web-based mapping products • Proficient in using iOS and MacOS (desirable) • Experience cycling. • Experience programming. • Technical troubleshooting.
