• We are looking for a motivated Irish Gaelic Linguist & Translator Intern to join our team. • This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in professional translation, localization, and linguistic research. • Assist with linguistic tasks such as quality control, translation, and localization.
Requirements
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Translation, Applied Languages, or a related field. • Native or near-native fluency in Irish Gaelic and English. • Familiarity with localization processes and translation workflows. • Basic understanding of CAT tools (e.g., XTM, SDL Studio) and issue-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) is a plus. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities. • A passion for linguistic and cultural diversity.
