• Assess project scope and complete project quotes. • Communicate with the Project Management team to meet client requests promptly. • Support project completion using language tools and processes.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and excellent communication skills. • Total command of Microsoft Office. • Familiarity with XTM and/or Phrase, and FineReader is desirable. • Middle or higher-level vocational training in administration or a university degree is essential. • Desirable: Master's Degree. • 2-4 years of experience in customer-facing activities related to localization/translation/project management fields is required.
