Requirements

•Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent professional experience •+2 years experience as a Software Engineer •Demonstrable professional experience implementing complex features in large software systems, following the software development lifecycle •Experience of Agile software development practices; •Experience shipping code in an agile SDLC •Able to apply continuous integration, develops, and automated testing concepts •Knowledge of paradigms, languages, and trends in the relevant domain •Good knowledge of popular JavaScript •Familiarity with design patterns •Familiarity with asynchronous programming, queuing, cacheing, logging, security, and persistence •Awareness of algorithms, big O complexity, and the CAP theorem •Able to add value to team discussions, prevent views persuasively with rational justifications, and solve disagreements constructively •Problem-solving skills •Ability to work in a fast paced environment •Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
