• As a trusted global transformation partner, Welocalize accelerates the global business journey by enabling brands and companies to reach, engage, and grow international audiences. • WeloData, our fastest growing business unit, is a leader in AI-driven data labeling services, delivering cutting-edge solutions to some of the world’s largest technology companies. • We are seeking an experienced VP of Technology to lead software development and product management for a key business unit within our organization. • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing global, cross-functional teams with a proven track record of successful product and technology leadership.
Requirements
• Experience: 10+ years in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years managing either product or development organizations. • Industry Knowledge: Background in AI technology, data labeling, or data annotation services is highly preferred. • Global Management: Proven ability to lead global teams, including both onshore and offshore team members. • Technical Proficiency: In-depth understanding of software development processes, data management, and cloud-based infrastructures. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred. • AI and Machine Learning Expertise: Knowledge of machine learning model training, data labeling workflows, and related technologies. • Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in agile development processes and frameworks. • Client-Facing Skills: Ability to work effectively with large enterprise clients to understand and meet their evolving needs.
